Recipe Collection

I have been a vegetarian for over twenty-five years and collected many recipes over that time that I find to be easy and tasty. Over the years, friends have asked for some simple recipes to help them eat plant-based foods. I have photocopied stained, edited recipes and mailed them! So here they are with all my modifications intact along with a few tips. Enjoy!
